OpenMS is an open-source software solution for mass spectrometry based data workflows (including both proteomic and metabolomic workflows). The course schedule is below.


The upcoming proteomics focused training course will be run in-person by Sam Wein, one of the developers/maintainers of the OpenMS software. Spaces are limited so please keep an eye out on LinkedIn for the application link.


Funding will also be available for travel costs to attend.
